First of all, we want to thank you for your great product.

One thing that could improve your product and make it the perfect solution for us is to "link" between an outlook email message to a work item, if a work item was created.

I.E: if A work item was created, there will be a button that will open the work item that was created for the mail item. to make it even better - a visual indication (like the 'flags' in outlook, that are shown in the inbox list, even before the mail item was opened) for mail items that a work item was created for them... if a click on that visual indication will open the work item, it could be great.

Thanks for the kind words and thanks for the scenario you described.  We've thought about this very scenario as well as others which allow users to get to work items from emails and get to emails from work items.  Today we include a copy of the email in the created work item when creating an email from a work item.  In future versions we are planning to make improved linking between emails and email threads as well as aggregate views on related (to work items) communications.
