    How to show TeamLook Explorer

I told Outlook 2003 to close the TeamLook Explorer view.Shame on me, I know. So now how do I tell Outlook to show it in the list of mail folders again?

    Hello!

Thank you for using TeamLook.  If you right-clicked and closed the mail folder, a restart of Outlook should bring it back.  This is assuming you are using v1 or more recent.

If you have any problems with this, let me know and I can assist further.

    Cheers,
    ~Joe

I same problem and a re-start of Outlook did not help.  Can you help me get it back? (I have verison 1.0.0.0.)

I did this because I had just added a Query to "My Queres" and it was not reflected in teh TeamLook explorer.  What is the best way to refresh the My Queries?

    Pat,

I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem, unfortunately I am unable to get this to repro here.  Hopefully some of the following questions will help me understand the problem better...

How exactly did you close the TeamLook mail folder?  I am assuming you right clicked on the mailbox and selected 'Close "TeamLook"'?  Do you have the TeamLook menu on the top bar of Outlook after you restart?  The version information you gathered was from doing 'TeamLook->About TeamLook'?

The best way of refreshing the list of queries is to select either the 'Team Queries' or 'My Queries' node and click the refresh button (from either the Menu or Toolbar locations).  This should update your list of items under that particular node selected.

    Thanks,
    ~Joe

Re: How to show TeamLook Explorer

Thanks, Joe. That did, indeed solve my problem. Well...sort of. Actually what happened was that a restart did restore the mail folder but it left me with two TeamLook menu items on the menubar. Only one of them worked and eventually Outlook got completely hosed up and had to be manually ended. When I restarted it after this, though, everything seemed to work fine. Thanks for the assistance!
