Please accept our apologies for not being able to install TeamLook. If you provide some information, we'll be able to diagnose and resolve your issue quickly.
If you can run a tool and send the output to teamlook@personifydesign.com, I can check the Patch GUID that you have for Visual Studio packages.
Steps:
1. Download MsiInv.zip from http://www.huydao.net/setup/msiinv.zip
2. After unarchiving msiinv.exe, run the following command “msiinv.exe –p > installed.txt”
a. This will dump all of the programs installed on your machine.
3. Send me just the blocks that start with ‘Microsoft Visual Studio 2005*’ inside the file.
a. Open installed.txt using ‘notepad installed.txt’ and find ‘Microsoft Visual Studio 2005’ in the text
b. Send the blocks to teamlook@personifydesign.com.
Below is an example of what the blocks look like. We’re going to need all of this info to determine why your install is not working.
