Problems with the Create Manual Order

First off I want to say, great job.  This is a big improvement that you have done to this product since it's initial release.  When I played with the initial version of the product I hosted the web service from my forward facing server, but with this newest code I have been working with your hosted web service and I just love the way it all ties into DotNetNuke, which I have been using for the past year on all my web sites.

However, I do have a problem when it comes to creating a Manual Order.

I have setup my own product and the trial portions seem to be working just fine.  When I go over to the Create Manual Order and select my product (as the Shareware Starter Kit is the one shown by default) just as soon as I select my product in the dropdown, the page refreshes and displays the message "A Critical Error has occured" Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Most of my customers and users will not be using any automated payment system although I do plan to set those up for the few that might use it.  Most of my customers will be using the more traditional flow of purchase order to invoice to payment received by check and then I would send them their authorization keys but I would not be able to do that without this piece working.

Is there something I am doing wrong in my setup of my product or is this currently broken?

    Thanks

    Donald

Re: Problems with the Create Manual Order

    Hi Donald,

There was a known bug in certain cases for this feature.  The bug has been fixed and an updated posted on the site.  Give it another shot and let us know if it's still throwing the exception.

    Thanks,

    Brian
