Auto Refresh a custom query and make it display how many new work items have not been "read"

My coworkers and I love TeamLook, this tool is simplifying the way we review our tasks and in the long run will make us much more efficient.

Here's a suggestion that one of my coworkers and I came up with....its 2 part.

1 - Allow queries that have been moved to the Favorite Folders area to auto refresh every minute or so.

2 - In the same way that the Inbox goes Bold and displays the number of unread emails there are, it would be great if the query from bullet 1 would turn Bold and display the number of work items that are new.

This would allow to quickly glance at Outlook and know if there are any new work items.

    Sincerely,

    Hello Steve,

Thank you for the words of support!  We also find it extremely useful for some scenarios internally!  I'll try to address some of your ideas and where we got with them...

    1. We thought about doing this, but it just never made it into the product.  This is something we would like to add in a future release.  Also, it would be great to show the 'toast' message when a new item is added to those folders if they are assigned to you!

    2. We tried adding support for the bolding of items when they are new/updated.  Unfortunately, how we had to integrate with Outlook, does not allow us to easily set these items as "new" or "unread" which is how the bolding works internally.  This was a feature I really wanted myself, but it just couldn't reliably be done.

    Keep up the great suggestions!

    Thanks,
    ~Joe
